- หลังอาบน้ำ บีบเจลลงบนฝ่ามือ ในปริมาณที่พอเหมาะ ทาเจลบริเวณจุดซ่อน เร้น
- นวดเบา ๆ ประมาณ 3 นาที หรือจนกว่าเจลจะซึม หมด
